CIRCO GODOT
Two characters of the world, looking for a place, a possible horizon or, more simply the present. A whip, symbol of domination, is contested and craved trhough challenges, glances and mercy.
But at the end of the story, the audience will understand that the whip is characterized by an incredible experience, where sensitivity and honesty merge, creating a great journey.
In this show we can find the street theater and the Commedia dell’Arte (Art comedy) languages together with circus-theater, with a great deal of comedy. It is good for every kind of audience, squares, theaters and alternative places.

Who is Asaias Rodrigues Lira?
He is an actor and a street artist since 1995. Hes has lots of experiences in the field of theater, as well as a lot of partnerships with international directors and actors.
During his long period of research he meets a lot of masters such as Dario Fo and Franca Rame.
He is currently devoting to circus-theater specifically included in the clown character.

STAGE SIZE:
– A minimum of 6mtx6mtx5mt.
SOUND SYSTEM:
– Two 300W cases each (fitted);
– For the theater, please contact the artist.
LIGHTING SYSTEM:
– In the street, squares, or alternative places two 500W halogen lamps each (fitted).
– For the theater please ask for in-depth technical sheet.
SHOW DURATION:
– In the street around 45 minutes (with possible encore performance).
– In a theater, around 1 hour and 10 minutes.
INSTALLATION TIME:
– In the street around 45 minutes.
– In a theater, around 2 hours for installation and around 1 hour for the artists to prepare themselves before going on stage.
DISMANTLING TIME:
– In the street about 20 minutes.
– In a theater about 1 hour.
